Lego Workshops

Play is a component of thriving. Team creative play builds collaboration, team learning, and social and emotional skills. These experiences apply human-centered design and LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® (LSP) methods that uses Legos as hands-on visual and interactive tools through a series of Lego builds. This process is guided by the Thriving Teams Institute facilitators to develop connections among team members, strengthen relationships, solve complex problems and unlock new possibilities for innovation.
